A: A processing time is the amount of time it takes to package your order, it does not include shipping time. Our processing time is 4-9 days!

✿ Q: Where can I find updates on the Pre-Order?
A: All updates on Pre-Orders can be found through social media and our carrd. The table displays the production status of all the items that are on pre-order, check there for small updates. Social Media may have more frequent updates including previews and photos of items.
✿ Q: Can I change my shipping address during the pre-order period?
A: Yes! As long as you have no received a tracking number, you can email us for an address change. Please send your order number, phone number, and new address.
✿ Q: I accidentally purchase a Pre-Order and In-Stock! Can I separate them to get my items quicker?
A: Yes, there is a listing on my shop for additional shipping. Please leave the order number you want to separate. However, in the future, please make a separate purchase if you order any in-stock items with your preorder. Your entire order will not ship until the preorder is completed. It can get confusing and take longer to separate orders, but we are happy to accommodate you! :)
