✿ Customers may have to pay for VAT, duties/fees, or customs upon delivery. We are not responsible for any customs/fees upon delivery.

✿ We are not responsible for any missing packages. Once any order receives a tracking number and is shipped, your order is out our of hands. Please visit the USPS website and file for a missing package. We are happy to assist you if you need further help, please send us an email!

✿ International tracking is based on your country's post office. Once it leaves the
USA, we no longer have access to it or have any knowledge of where it might be
in transit.

✿  We are not held accountable for international customs if there are any.
